1. Introduction and Data Controller

This privacy policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of persons who use the website available at pixelmoon.pl (hereinafter the "Website") and who contact the data controller through it.

The data controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR") and applicable Polish law.

2. What Data We Collect and Why

2.1. "Get a Quote" Form

The /brief subpage provides a "Get a Quote" form. Through this form the data controller collects the following personal data:

  • first name and company name,
  • email address,
  • project information: project type, whether the enquirer already has a website, approximate budget, timeline and description.
  • The content of your conversation with the Luna assistant (chat), if you choose to use it.

This data is processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry and preparing a project quote. Data submitted through the form is delivered to the data controller by email via the hosting server.

Providing this data is voluntary; however, without it a response and quote cannot be prepared.

2.2. Google Analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and collects data about how the Website is used. This data is processed for statistical and analytical purposes in order to better understand visitor behaviour and improve the Website. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited. The tool is activated only after consent has been given via the cookie banner.

2.3. Google Search Console

The data controller uses Google Search Console, which provides aggregated data on the Website's visibility in search results. This data does not usually contain information that allows identification of a specific individual. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

  • "Get a Quote" form data: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests of the data controller, namely responding to the submitted enquiry).
  • Google Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given via the cookie banner).
  • Google Search Console: to the extent that the data constitutes personal data, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests of the data controller, namely analysing and improving the Website's visibility in search results).

4. Cookies

The Website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the user's device. Two types of cookies are used:

  • cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the Website,
  • analytical cookies (Google Analytics), activated only after consent has been given.

Users can manage cookies via the consent banner displayed on the Website and through their browser settings. Restricting or disabling cookies may affect some features of the Website.

5. Recipients and Processors

Personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients and processors acting on behalf of the data controller:

  • Google Ireland Limited (in connection with Google Analytics and Google Search Console),
  • vh.pl, as the hosting provider responsible for the operation of the Website and email services.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) as our transactional email provider; we pass it the sender's email address and the brief content in order to deliver the confirmation message and the studio notification.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) as the AI provider behind the Luna chat; we pass it the content of your chat conversation so the assistant can ask questions and prepare a summary of your enquiry. The data is processed on Anthropic servers (USA), under standard contractual clauses.

The data controller only engages processors that provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Transfers of Data Outside the EEA

In connection with the use of Google services, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, data transfers take place using appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR, in particular on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

  • correspondence and form data: for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, and if a business relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship and until the expiry of any applicable limitation periods, up to 6 years from the last contact; if no business relationship is established, data is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact,
  • analytical data: in accordance with the retention settings applicable in Google Analytics.

8. Data Subject Rights

The data subject has the following rights:

  • right of access to personal data,
  • right to rectification of personal data,
  • right to erasure of personal data,
  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to object to processing,
  • right to data portability,
  • right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal,
  • right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This version of the privacy policy is effective from: 31 May 2026.
